Can I use a Six by Nico Gift Voucher for Home by Nico?
Unfortunately, Six by Nico gift vouchers cannot be used for a Home by Nico Experience. The Big Cartel platform. for our Home by Nico experiences cannot be integrated with the paper vouchers we sell online. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused.  

Do you have Vegetarian options?
We can offer a Vegetarian alternative upon request, to do this please email [email protected] & they can help you with this beforehand or even easier - just order and add this to your order notes! 

I have placed an order, when do I collect? 
Just pop in to your chosen restaurant on your collection date, at any time between 12pm-7pm and the team will be waiting for you!

Is it safe for me to collect from the restaurant, I’m worried about my time slot not being specific?
Of course! When collecting, we are operating a socially distanced queue of 2m between each person. All you have to do is say the name of your order to our manager at the door, & they will collect your freshly prepared box from the kitchen and bring it to you. As easy as that, so please do not worry!

I have an allergy, can you cater to this?
We provide an allergen sheet for every menu to ensure you are able to see exactly what you are ordering. However, if you have a serious allergy (e.g carry an epipen) we would please ask you not to order for your own safety. As we are producing food on a much larger scale than normal, we have lesser flexibility with our suppliers like we normally do, so are unable to cater to allergens, and cannot guarantee cross-contamination. We do apologise for this!

I placed an order for Friday collection, but I now want Saturday collection. How can change this?
We cannot guarantee you will be able to change this as we have split orders to ensure efficiency for all the team, however please email [email protected] and the team will see what they can do.

I missed out on your last Home by NicoExperience, how can I get the next one?

Our Home by Nico Experiences are on a first come, first served basis so we cannot guarantee you will definitely be able to place an order on a Friday.

All we can advise is to make sure you have your account set up with all the correct details to make ordering on the day quicker.

I placed an order and now no longer need it. How can I get a refund?
Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy and follow the instructions advised.

I received my order today but there is an issue with it?

Use the subject title “Received Order Issue” and we will get this resolved for you ASAP.

For all queries after 5pm, please can we ask that you email as the restaurant will be closed.

In your subject, please give detail on what your query is about. For example, ‘Home by Nico Order: I need help with cooking guidelines’ & the team will be able to respond promptly. If your query is urgent, please make this clear in your subject.

Why do restaurants limit their order amounts?At the moment, we have a very small team working on this. Our limited order amounts are the maximum our team can physically make every week for the following Friday/Saturday, ensuring the quality of our product is of the highest possible standard too.

We do hope to be able to expand our offering when we can scale up our operations.

Can I use my Six by Nico vouchers for Home by Nico?
No you cannot, we’re afraid the systems aren’t compatible so it’s not possible for the balance on this to be redeemed, we do apologise for this! If you have a voucher near expiry date, please email our team and they will be able to help you out: [email protected]

Can I buy Home by Nico gift vouchers?
We don’t have this available at the moment, however we are hoping to make this available soon. This does take some time to set-up the online infrastructure to ensure the systems are compatible. Thank you for your patience with this!

Can I buy Home by Nico for someone else?
Yes you can! While our delivery radius is still 5 miles for Glasgow, Edinburgh & Belfast you can order online and just choose a different shipping address. And of course, you can order for collection & drop off yourself it this is an option for you.
